This hybrid AM/PM role will serve as the strategic and operational link between our creative team and clients. This is a true hybrid role: part client partner, part project owner. You’ll build trusted relationships, own timelines and scopes, and collaborate closely with creative, strategy, print, and photo/video teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life. Requirements What you’ll be responsible for:  Client Partnership & Communication Act as day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders. Build strong relationships across the client organization to develop a deep understanding of internal structures, workflows, and stakeholders. Guide clients through the creative process, from kickoff to final delivery, with confidence and clarity. Clearly communicate project updates, milestones, and blockers, and proactively offer solutions. Project & Timeline Ownership Manage end-to-end timelines for projects, collaborating across account, creative, and marketing leadership. Project management of design, photo/video, and print projects, including setting timelines, managing feedback with clients and creatives, and preparing budgets. Develop project plans, status updates, scopes of work, and staffing plans. Resourcing & Team Coordination Partner with creative leadership to assign team members based on availability and skill set. Craft clear creative briefs with deliverables, timelines, and brand requirements based on requests and inputs from client team. Monitor bandwidth and flag resourcing needs or risks early. Quality Assurance & Delivery Act as a brand steward, develop a knowledge of brand standards, organizational nuances, and business priorities to proactively catch inconsistencies, address gaps, and ensure every deliverable aligns with expectations and intent. Ensure all deliverables are reviewed, approved, and delivered on time. Manage asset handoff to appropriate teams (e.g., web, marketing, print). Coordinate stakeholder feedback and ensure alignment on revisions and final output. The skills and experience you should have:  5+ years of experience in client services, creative project management, or production within an agency or brand setting. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with creative and production workflows, from digital and print to video and social. Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. It's a plus if you have: Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind. Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Workfront or equivalent tools. Solid grammar, editing, and proofreading capabilities. The ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively. An eye for what’s trending, what’s great work - and the difference between the two. About the compensation and work requirements This is a full-time position. The salary range for this position is $58,000 – $77,225 - the range is broad, but it is commensurate with experience, aligned with current members of our team with similar experience, and may shift a bit depending on your geographic location. Have 3–5 years of digital agency project management experience, including leading WordPress projects. Can confidently manage the full life cycle of a web build project, as well as long-term client support engagements. Are familiar with the rhythms of agile workflows, ticketing systems, and client documentation, and can help teams stay focused and aligned. Are aware of best practices in website performance, configuration, and development fundamentals. Know how to balance scope, timelines, and budgets without compromising quality or team morale. Superior time management skills to stay on top of your workload and the team members’ you are managing. Are skilled in resourcing development project needs, and understand how to match the right roles to project requirements. Can set clear priorities, communicate shifts effectively, and keep both internal teams and client stakeholders in sync. Are proactive, empathetic and confident communicators who listen deeply, explain clearly, and follow through consistently. Can work well under pressure and can juggle multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining attention to detail and calm communication. Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to day-to-day delivery, risk mitigation, issue tracking, and change management. Possess strong problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and initiative, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
