Job Description Swing Shift - 4pm Start time Monday - Friday $20-25/hr Audio and Media Operator I will be responsible for jobs related to audio and media post-production services. Primary responsibilities include preparing and delivering media content. Candidate must have a strong understanding, efficiency, and skillset in Avid Pro Tools, with some experience in operating non-linear video editors. Knowledge of traditional audio formats (2.0, 5.1, 7.1, Dolby Atmos), sample rate conversion, loudness compliance standards, and post-production audio workflows is expected. Some knowledge of video types, SMPTE timecode, frame rates, and codecs is preferred. Attention to detail, excellent time management and a perfectionist mindset are paramount in this role. Prequalify and manage a high volume of multi-channel audio assets in various formats and configurations Perform technical quality control checks and create final deliverable packages for audio assets Update internal audio job trackers and other proprietary asset management systems Prepare Pro Tools sessions for internal recording, mix, editorial, and QC processes Generate and review QC and dubbing verification reports and to ensure highest possible quality standards for final audio mixes Editorial and conform of standard configuration audio assets Perform linear technical audio QCs for catastrophic playback errors Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent trade specific education 2+ years in audio post-production or media service projects for film and tv Excellent Pro Tools operational skills, including the use of video in Pro Tools Basic Non-linear video workstation editor skills Excel and other MS Office application software Excellent communication skills over phone and email Deep sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with self-direction Problem solver with creative and innovative approach and ability to think out of the box Outstanding attention to detail Preferred Strong skills with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with other media applications such as Adobe Suite and Final Cut Pro Physical Requirements Ability to continuously sit in an office chair Ability to operate and work in front of a computer in an audio room setting

Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure all timelines and schedules are effectively managed across all development projects. Track progress and maintain visibility across projects, proactively identifying risks and keeping things on track. Act as the central hub for communication across studios and departments, ensuring alignment across development, production, and commercial teams. Partner with our London-based animation team to align on budget strategy and execution. Liaise with external studios and production partners to gather and manage production budgets and timelines. Oversee contracting, spend tracking, and raising purchase orders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, legal, commercial) to facilitate talent engagement and ensure smooth transitions from development to production. Support the commercial team in preparing for external pitches and discussions. Interpret creative briefs and pitches to accurately scope and resource production needs within the Moonbug format and scope of work for internal and external partners to respond to. Be organized and adaptable with great communication skills. Requirements 7+ years of hands-on experience in animation and/or content production (experience in both CGI and live action preferred). Proven success in budgeting, scheduling, and production planning, particularly within the development phase. Experience with short form, long form, and series formats. Experience with external vendors, studios, and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of production workflows, particularly for animated content. Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and skilled at identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit. Able to manage complex projects and timelines with minimal oversight. Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to evolving priorities.
