Qualifications: • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (required). • Must own or have access to any DJI brand drone that is capable of filming in 4K D-log 10-bit resolution up to 60 frames per second or higher. Must have capabilities to fly up to 1000m to cover the full scale of the communities. Acceptable Drone models include DJI Air 3, DJI Air 3s, DJI Mavic 3, classic, Pro, DJI Mavic 4, Pro, DJI Inspire 2, DJI Inspire 3. Any other model must be approved. • Must have Batteries to be able to film for the full 8-10 hours. • Media storage provided. • Proven experience operating drones for photography and videography (portfolio required). • Knowledge of aerial cinematography, camera settings, and lighting techniques. • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to frame engaging shots. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and travel to various property sites. • Must have reliable transportation.
