We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.  Two Circles is seeking a versatile storyteller, project coordinator and client manager to fill the role of Junior Producer in our Kansas City office! This position will be based within our North American content footprint, which features offices in KC, New York, Miami and Los Angeles. The North American content team specializes in video production, post-production, graphic design, animation, channel management and content strategy. We focus on three key components:  Detail-Oriented Execution   Accountability and Ownership   Creative awareness and growth potential    A Junior Producer is a key contributor to the successful execution of our content work. You’ll help keep projects running smoothly by managing logistics, tracking timelines, organizing production assets, and supporting our producers across a variety of projects and clients.  We’re looking for someone who is organized and resourceful yet possesses enough charisma and people skills to communicate between clients and teammates in a supportive manner. This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential for someone eager to learn production workflows and, over time, contribute to more creative storytelling as they develop. You’ll work across fast-moving content environments and have opportunities to support everything from social-first video to larger campaign shoots.   Fluency in Spanish will separate a candidate but isn’t required.  Requirements:  *Some knowledge of video pre-production, production and post-production  *Basic editing proficiency (preferably Adobe creative suite)  *Strong organizational and time management skills  *Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with others internally and externally  *Comfort managing multiple deliverables and adapting to shifting priorities   Responsibilities:  *Coordinating project logistics and timelines   *Build fluency in client communication   *Support producers with creative prep including shot direction and briefing materials   *Brainstorming concepts and ideas with teammates  *Managing post-production tracking, asset delivery and version control   You will be based in the Kansas City office and travel on a per project basis. Essential Job Functions include the following, but are not limited to: • Leads the graphics team in the preparation and production of all graphics and layouts necessary to support our ecommerce site and product documentation as well as other marketing deliverables, as needed, to meet business needs. Creates and ensures proper usage of all website templates. • Directly supervise the Graphic Artists in the development of products and services. • Reviews design work of graphics personnel and provides feedback and mentorship to ensure consistency of design. • Enables and ensures all Graphic Designers remain up to date on production standards and contribute to production needs, providing feedback on production-related performance. • Works closely with Marketing Managers to achieve desired outcomes, addressing quality issues or template inconsistencies. • Performs and reviews quality control processes ensuring: All new images are tagged correctly before being archived. All photos on the web adhere to color correction standards. All photos for web are named correctly and uploaded to the correct location. Join the VAEFF 2025 Curation Team: The Video Art & Experimental Film Festival (VAEFF) is seeking passionate and insightful Assistant Curators to join our small, dedicated team of volunteer curators. Now in its 15th year, VAEFF celebrates bold, genre-defying work and will return to the iconic Cinema Village in NYC from November 14–16, 2025. This is a unique opportunity to gain behind-the-scenes experience with one of New York’s most dynamic and unconventional film festivals. As an assistant curator, you will watch and evaluate works of video art and film from a vast variety of genres and themes, including music video, dance, visual narrative, fashion film, documentary, and more. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a critical eye, a passion for art and film, and strong writing skills. We are looking for enthusiastic self-starters who can work independently and in a team. Work is done remotely from home during flexible hours. The curation process will end by approximately the end of September.
