Content Fruitionist – Creative Producer for New & Unique Media Brand (Koreatown)

Are you a creative powerhouse who loves turning ideas into reality? Do you thrive at the intersection of content creation, storytelling, and execution? We’re looking for a Content Fruitionist, someone to bring our many ideas to fruition. The position is a rare mix of producer, content creator, and go-getter - to help launch and grow a podcast and content brand from the ground up. Our media brand and community explore the connection between ADHD and spirituality (not religion). While personal interest in these themes is a plus, what matters most is your ability to bring big ideas to life across platforms. Think: podcasts, video series, digital offerings, social media and online community experiences (in-person gatherings as well). Knowledge of online tools a huge plus; Notion, Gumroad, Kajabi, Stan.store, etc. - as well as AI tools for efficiency. What you’ll do: Podcast & Video Launch - Help initiate and produce our first podcast episodes, shaping the look, sound, and vibe. Content Creation - Produce short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and develop long-form offerings (courses, workshops, ebooks). Execution & Strategy – Take scattered ideas and transform them into polished, engaging content with clear next steps. Community Engagement – Shape how our community shows up online and connects with its audience. Wear Many Hats - Producer, editor, storyteller, brainstorm partner, occasional social media wizard. Who you are: A self-starter, fast learner, and “figure it out” type. Skilled (or very confident) in social media/podcast/audio/video production. Social media savvy - you know what makes content pop on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. A natural storyteller who can take raw material and turn it into something people want to share. Hungry to learn, experiment, and grow with a new brand. Excited about creativity, ADHD, spirituality, or personal development (bonus if you’re into all three).
