WHO WE ARE SEARCHING FOR We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone with a passion for 3D modeling, product rendering, and print-ready design, who also enjoys bringing ideas to life in both the digital and physical world. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Design 3D product renders and visual assets for ecommerce and marketing campaigns. - Use Blender, Maya, or similar 3D modeling tools to create engaging product visuals. - Support the team with in-house label printing and design for packaging and product branding. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure all designs meet brand standards. - Assist in creating other digital/print graphics such as flyers, email assets, and social media content. - Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling and packaging requirements. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - 1–3 years of graphic design experience (3D design strongly preferred). - Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or similar 3D modeling/rendering software. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of FDA/SQF label compliance is a plus (can be trained on the job). Technical Director Dramatic Art and Dance Department Summary of Job Details Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Technical Director oversees all the technical elements and activities (except costumes) related to the department's season of theater and dance productions. Acts as liaison between designers and shops to ensure all designs are translated and executed properly. Creates working drawings from designer drawings and elevations for use in shops. Facilitates technical set-up, operation, and coordination of personnel for technical rehearsals for all mainstage productions. Recruits, schedules, trains, and supervises student lab production run crews for mainstage productions. Oversees technical budgets and coordinates budgets with area supervisors. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in technical related major or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of practical technical theater experience (including demonstrated leadership experience). 1-3 years of demonstrated experience with theater operations, including budgeting, scheduling, scenic construction, rigging, lighting and sound. 1-3 years of experience with producing efficient and precise CAD drawings.
