This role will work with cross-functional teams, guiding them to deliver high-quality technology solutions aligned with business goals. Requirements Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all standard Scrum ceremonies and ensuring that Agile principles are followed. Provide leadership and coaching to Agile teams in their continuous improvement and Agile maturity. Support the product owner and collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technology modernization goals. Agile Practices & Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in team processes, performance, and Agile maturity. Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress and escalate issues as necessary. Guide teams and stakeholders in Agile best practices, promoting a high-performing Agile culture. Project Management & Transparency: Provide transparency into project status, team health, and delivery metrics using tools like Jira, Confluence, and others. Support enterprise-level Agile transformation efforts and help scale Agile frameworks where necessary. Collaboration & Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple domains, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives. Support stakeholders and team members in identifying and overcoming challenges. Required Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architecture, APIs, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and related technical topics. Agile Experience: Proven success in managing Agile teams for large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. Expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills to drive team performance and facilitate smooth interactions. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple domains. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Recent experience in the financial services industry. Previous experience working at Fidelity Investments (FMR) with positive references. Familiarity with the BFSI sector, including companies like Charles Schwab, Capital One, Vanguard, or Morgan Stanley. Technical Expertise in Platform Modernization: Experience with major platform modernization projects or legacy-to-cloud transitions.
