This role will work closely with stakeholders to support reliability analytics across our network. This role will apply non-machine-learning analytical techniques to data, answer defined business questions and transform findings into actionable insights. This Technical PM will collaborate with management to scope problems, pull and analyze data, and deliver clear, compelling presentations to a variety of internal audiences. This is a long-term consulting engagement, and qualified candidates must be able to work in office in Denver, CO. Candidates that live outside of Denver metro area will not be considered for this role. Responsibilities Problem Definition ·       Partner with management to clearly define scope. ·       Apply cable/telecom industry knowledge to understand issues and relevant datasets. ·       Develop analytic approach plans in alignment with business objectives.   Data Acquisition & Preparation ·       Extract data from data warehouses using SQL and prepare analyses in Excel or BI. ·       Leverage reporting tools to create visualizations, tables, and pivot reports. ·       Monitor data quality and proactively identify potential assumptions or issues.   Data Analysis ·       Apply core statistical and analytic methods, including correlations, exploratory visualization, and statistical validity. ·       Recognize and mitigate issues such as correlation vs. causation, confounding, regression and selection bias. ·       Ensure accurate application of measurement units and derived metrics.   Storytelling & Presentation ·       Assemble findings into a cohesive narrative supported by clear figures and charts. ·       Present in PowerPoint, with attention to formatting, readability, and detail. ·       Seek feedback and review, presenting with clarity, efficiency, and sensitivity to organizational dynamics. ·       Synthesize findings into cohesive narratives supported by clear visuals. ·       Develop and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations tailored to technical and business audiences. ·       Solicit feedback and present results with clarity, efficiency, and sensitivity to organizational context.   Requirements Requirements ·       Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. ·       5+ years of experience in project management, data analytics, and/or data analysis. ·       Industry experience strongly preferred in telecommunications or technology industries. ·       Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI/reporting tools, as well as PowerPoint ·       Ability to manage data project efforts and initiatives. ·       Experience applying statistical techniques to real-world business problems. ·       Develop data into business insights and present findings effectively. ·       Ability to assemble, synthesize and deliver data into PowerPoint presentation decks. ·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ·       Ability to engage with Executive level stakeholders to deliver insights.   Compensation For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement with an estimated salary range of $130-140k. The Tsui Group is seeking a candidate who is qualified and experienced in educational facility construction projects to serve as an Asset/Move Coordinator I for a large educational client within Los Angeles County with the below duties. Position Overview: Provide support to the Relocation Project Management (RPM) team at multiple campuses as needed in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) activities for all new, renovated and swing space projects which includes assistance in programming, specifications, budget tracking, procurement coordination, scheduling with the construction team, installation, and punch list activities. Supports the RPM team in move management activities relating to move scope creation, bidding, analysis of bids, budget tracking, move coordination, scheduling, onsite move oversight and punch list activities to ensure complete functional occupancy of new and renovated buildings. Position Description: Support the Furniture/Equipment/Relocation Project Management Services with emphasis in FF&E selection, procurement coordination and purchasing for all such areas as identified by the District to provide college the onsite FF&E and move-in/relocations management services. Responsibilities include strategic oversight of all FF&E procurement, FF&E Installation, Pre-move, Move, and Post move/Close-out phase activities for specified assigned projects. Services shall be provided at the direction of the College Project Director (CPD) and the Manager of Relocation Project Management team. Assist with the procurement and purchasing of FF&E using best-value and/or low bid public contracting. Support budget and schedule tracking efforts for FF&E and moves, and meet with relevant Project Architects (A/E), Project Managers, and BUGs, to be able to prepare office layouts and work with the occupants to plan furniture and equipment relocation of existing to the move location. Create detailed scope of work for Task Orders for Contractors/Movers as necessary. Support the RPM in the working with the Project Interior Designer and the BUG user groups to select and prepare a list of all furniture and equipment needed for the project. Assist in the onsite unlocking of all areas requiring access by the movers and others during the Pre-Move, Move, Installation and Post Move/Close-Out Phases and for the re-securing all such areas. Assist in the onsite coordination of all furniture and equipment deliveries with PMs, CPDs, Facility Directors, and BUGs if applicable; work closely with Asset Management Team to coordinate all asset tagging and disposition requirements, and Warranty Program Managers and other members of program staff working towards close-out of projects. Maintain all FF&E, move management, moving and storage related documents, including proposals, purchase orders, packing slips, time cards, shipping documents, freight bills, and invoices and submit to the CPD in written form. Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Program Manager
Building on our deep expertise in energy efficiency, Resource Innovations (RI) is seeking a Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Program Manager to join our growing team in New England! In this role, you will lead strategic delivery of large-scale energy efficiency programs, overseeing a cross-functional team of outreach, engineering, and operations professionals, overseeing all aspects of program design, implementation, and performance management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to utility clients and industry partners, leveraging market insights, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement to deliver results that align with client goals and advance regional energy transformation.  A proven track record of project management, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction are keys to success. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage C&I program design, including work plans, resource allocation, and performance strategies to achieve contractual goals and performance metrics. Monitor program progress against goals, provide accurate forecasts to internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Anticipate and adapt to evolving market dynamics, developing creative, data-driven solutions to emerging challenges. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives, fostering accountability, and cultivating a collaborative, results-oriented culture. Conduct in-depth market and contractor participation analysis, including geographic opportunity assessments, to inform program strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, community partners, and industry stakeholders to maximize program reach and effectiveness. Partner with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Finance, HR) to create operational efficiencies and deliver seamless program execution. Serve as primary client point of contact, managing expectations, ensuring satisfaction, and proactively resolving issues. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Demonstrated success managing large-budget programs, including strategic planning, contract negotiation, and budget oversight. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and budget management tools. Commitment to sustainability and passion for creating meaningful environmental impact. Preferred skills, education, and experience Residence in Massachusetts or willingness to relocate. Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 8+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. CEM or desire to obtain CEM. Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $135,000. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.  Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check.
