Job Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of multiple industrial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills as well as a thorough understanding of construction project management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing projects from start to finish, a solid technical background, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Duties and Responsibilities Develop project objectives and completion schedule Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary Manage project risks and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices Resolve conflicts and mitigate issues that may arise during the project Review and approve project invoices, expenses, and change orders Conduct project inspections and quality control to ensure adherence to standards Mentor and provide guidance to project team members Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of project management software and tools Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices Professional certifications (PMP, CCM) are a plus
