Acts as the senior training manager and shall be responsible for developing, providing, and overseeing all training programs in support of the contract. The Training Manager will act as the single point of contact on all matters pertaining to training. Acts as a senior advisor to the Program Manager. Requirements Must have a Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 5-10 years of related experience plus proven success in developing and managing training programs. Experience working OCONUS (Africa) and/or on AFRICAP or ACOTA programs is highly desirable. PMP desired. Knowledge of Government policies and procedures. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex environment with multiple priorities. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience working with a wide range of business processes. Must be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills.
