The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational goals, and collaborating with government leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of DoD/IC organizational structures and expertise in program management best practices. This position is contingent upon the contract being awarded to RP Professional Services. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the execution of programs within the DoD Intelligence Community, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program outcomes. Collaborate with government leadership to assess program needs and implement effective solutions. Ensure adherence to DoD/IC policies, directives, and organizational frameworks in program execution. Analyze and mitigate risks associated with program deliverables and operational goals. Foster communication among stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure program success. Maintain documentation, reporting, and performance metrics for ongoing programs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience within the DoD Intelligence Community. Strong understanding of DoD/IC organizational structure, policies, and procedures. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with government leadership and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading large-scale, multi-agency DoD/IC initiatives. Expertise in government contracting, budgeting, and program execution strategies. Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills. Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 The salary range for this role considers a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, skill sets, equity, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Summary The GDOT IT Project Manager (PM) will assist in the management of multiple internal and external end to end technical projects, documentation, and processes while reinforcing defined infrastructure and software best practices. The PM will assist with implementing process improvement, documentation management, organization, and project guidelines to ensure project follow through, timeliness, and accuracy.  Local candidates. Provide attention to detail to internal and external email communications to analyze in order to produce relevant and valuable responses to maintain organizational relationships and project visibility. Identify relevant audiences for meetings, ensuring thorough meeting preparation and creating project charter and kick off presentations that provide information such as business driver, targeted audience, communications plan, scope, project phases, and next steps for planning project schedule activities with technical teams. Conduct meeting analysis that results in facilitation of routine meetings/ceremonies to track projects and maintain project boards and dashboards using Jira and ServiceNow. Understand when and how to escalate to other groups when necessary. Consistently maintain project status, update project roadmaps, and adhere to defined project structure standards with the integrated tool stack provided. Ability to draft process and 'how to' documentation. Assist with identifying project constraints, risks, inefficiencies, and areas where processes can be improved and/or reinforced. Reinforce agreed upon priorities, policies, and team best practices. Utilize project management software i.e., SharePoint Project Template, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Project Online, etc. Maintain, update, and archive project documentation. Familiar with all functions of Outlook including alert functions and the ability to schedule meetings utilizing the Scheduling Assistant. Generate and archive notes from project meetings that add value to management decision-making Ensure communication channels are made available for all projects to enable adequate communication and escalation process among project team members.   Experience 3 to 5 years of project management in technology Some college experience or applicable certifications (preferred) or college degree (preferred) Highly proficient in writing and editing  

Workday Data Migration Test Lead Position: Workday Data Migration Test Lead Duration: 12+ months (until the end of 2026) Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week in Chicago, IL (Local is preferred but will consider relocation candidates.) JD: We are seeking a seasoned Workday Test Lead to support a major Workday migration project. This onshore, Chicago-based role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Workday testing—spanning functional testing, data migration, and configuration validation. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to drive quality across multiple workstreams and modules. Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience in Workday, particularly in data migration, Functional (HCM, Payroll), Integrations and E2E Testing. Strong working knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting and Compensation Workday modules. Proven track record in leading testing teams and managing onshore/offshore coordination. Prior Workday Phase 0 Project migration projects experience for large clients. Workday Functional Automation testing experience with any major Workday Testing automation tools (Ex: Kainos Smart Test, Opkey, TOSCA) Nice to have: Background in the airline or transportation industry is a significant plus. Drive automation testing efforts using API testing tools like Selenium, RestAssured and ReadyAPI. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end Workday testing efforts across various modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6 - 12 month engagement with an annualized salary of $120,000 - $150,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
