We have an opening for a Sales Project Manager at our Port Washington, WI location. The Sales Project Manager has primary responsibility for the quotation process and functions as a project manager to transition new business into manufacturing.  This position will be a primary liaison to the customer for integration into the manufacturing process.  The Sales Project Manager will work with customers, vendors, and internal KTP staff to ensure that all customer expectations are met.  The Sales Project Manager will meet and/or exceed customer expectations with the highest level of quality and customer service. This position will work 1st shift hours onsite Monday through Friday. Essential Functions Collaborate with Engineering and Plant Managers to establish labor rates and manning for quoting purposes. Communicate with plant personnel to provide customer’s time schedules, material concerns, visits, production runs, trials, and equipment availability information. Serve as a liaison between external customers, sales, and management. Determine essential priorities of customer requests and projects. Determine and implement the needs of the customer. Obtain specifications on raw materials (i.e. film, fabric, corrugate) from customers and work with Purchasing and other plant personnel in the procurement of such materials. Facilitate the quoting function, including maintenance of historical database of customers, products, and pricing. Maintain and promote strong work ethics and uphold all Kleen Test Products’ policies and procedures. Requirements Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Prior experience (3-5 years) in a manufacturing environment. Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information. Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner. Strong project management skills. We are seeking an experienced Aerial Construction Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of aerial Outside Plant (OSP)aerial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field crews, ensuring adherence to construction schedules and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role is critical to the successful delivery of our fiber network infrastructure, and we’re looking for someone with strong leadership, technical, and communication skills. This role also includes interpreting prepared plans and specifications in providing oversight of aerial construction projects, enforcing codes, ordinances, and construction techniques related to projects. This is a salaried position, with work times to be determined by the needs of the project and company. Responsibilities Perform a thorough review of incoming projects Ability to organize and coordinate workload to determine the priority of duties Maintain project tracking system (Fieldwire & Data Warehouse) to ensure field and upper management are up to date with project progress Oversee day-to-day OSP aerial construction operations including installation of fiber optic cable, strand placement, pole transfers, and make-ready work. Provide oversight, leadership, and mentorship to our field team Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, local/state/federal regulations, and safety requirements.
