Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Creative Production Assistant to join our team. This role supports the production and creative teams in developing innovative, trend-driven content for ReelShort. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, pop culture, and storytelling, with hands-on skills in editing and production. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of creative productions, including mini shows and short-form video content. Monitor and analyze social media trends, viral content, and fandom culture to generate fresh, engaging ideas. Support post-production tasks, including video editing, motion graphics, and basic design work. Collaborate with creative producers and editors on content development and execution. Assist with filming, on-set production, and general production logistics. Create and adapt assets using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows. Provide administrative and creative support to the production team as needed. Requirements Strong interest and familiarity with social media platforms, fandom communities, and pop culture Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator required; Photoshop a plus) Basic filming/production knowledge (camera operation, lighting, sound, or production coordination) Prior experience in creative production, film, or digital content is preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills A creative thinker with an eye for detail and storytelling Why Join Us? The Field Diesel Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing quality assurance of field repairs for Equipment Experts’ customers. This position is highly collaborative, internally facing and requires a high level of experience and understanding of universal system functions.
