The ideal candidates are motivated, reliable individuals with Acura or Honda service experience, looking to join a team whose values are based in teamwork and delivering the highest caliber of customer service! Technicians are responsible for diagnosing problems and performing repairs properly and in a timely fashion, while working cooperatively with other members of the service team to ensure that jobs are performed up to standard. Responsibilities for Accelerated Technicians include: Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire mounting and rotation, brakes, etc. Perform multi-point inspections to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order. Communicate to Service Advisor and fill out MPI form. Clearly and accurately document all work performed. Must participate in and continue on Acura online University training during down time. Willing to learn how to install accessories and assist during down time to obtain experience.
