Production Associate - Manufacturing/Fabrication

Our Manufacturing Team works as a group to assemble subassemblies and finished goods utilizing workstations and line-assembly operations.  We have operations that require the use of hand tools, power tools and fixtures (Assembly Technicians) and industrial sewing machines (Sewing Machine Operators).  Though we currently have a full staff, we are always looking for top talent to add to our growing team.  If you’re interested in future opportunities at Sentec, please submit an application and we will keep your resume on file when future positions become available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Uses correct product specifications and assembly procedure/work instructions for each product. Assemble medical device components following detailed work instructions and specifications. Follows the master production schedule for the facility, while providing adjustments and communication for changes in customer requirements, delays in receiving raw materials, availability of production equipment, etc. Working knowledge of standards and regulations as outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and structure. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure assembled devices meet quality standards and specifications Follow all regulatory and company standards, including FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous Medical Device experience is a plus! Previous Industrial Sewing Machine experience is preferred for Sewing Machine Operators. Identify different grass and weed types, as well as indicators of possible lawn health problems. Evaluate, monitor and treat for weed, insect, disease, soil, and cultural conditions. Work closely with arborists, providing critical feedback and recommending the appropriate treatments to lawn care problems. Responsibilities Diagnose insect, disease, and cultural/environmental conditions Evaluate recommended treatment options Ensure proper filling/mixing procedures and material dilution Understand and operate state-of-the-art equipment Learn/understand insect & disease life cycles, nutrient cycles, plant biology, and soil biology Properly apply fertilizers, weed control and other materials to client lawns. Perform accurate and timely recordkeeping Maintain safe and controlled work environment Adhere to company safety, state and local regulations; operate, calibrate and maintain equipment Maintain open communication with consulting arborists and clients to provide feedback on lawn care issues Work as part of plant health care or tree care crew during slow seasons Requirements Two year degree in turfgrass management, agronomics, arboriculture, horticulture (or related field), or minimum two years industry/field experience Possess appropriate state pesticide technician or applicators license Knowledge of common cool season turfgrass types and issues Knowledge of local tree and shrub species a plus NOFA OLC certification a plus but not required Must have valid driver’s license Excellent written and verbal communications skills Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, $23 to $30 per hour DOE, medical and dental plans with employer contribution, 401K retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more!
