Basic Function Tree Crew Leaders serve a pivotal role leading tree care crews, with the responsibility of managing job site production, delegating to crew members, enforcing company safety policies, providing training and working alongside the crew in all jobsite functions. Crew Leader Responsibilities Direct crew in performance of work to be done; assign job specific tasks. Supervise workmanship to ensure the work meets job order specifications. Walk job site with consulting arborist and develop work plan. Ensure crew members wear personal protective equipment at all times, and that safety practices and measures are followed. Manage time, equipment and materials to ensure jobs are completed in an efficient manner. Direct the cleanup of job site and ensure all equipment and supplies are secured on the trucks. Communicate with client to ensure work meets their satisfaction Reorder materials and supplies needed for trucks and equipment. Adhere to company safety and training policies to maintain safe and controlled work environment at all times. Confirm that all maintenance checks and services on equipment are followed. Ensure that crews are properly trained and understand company safety policies and procedures. Participate in all job site safety briefings. Demonstrate and perform proper climbing techniques and procedures, pruning skills, application of approved knots and rigging techniques. Operate all equipment in a safe manner Requirements 5-7 years industry experience in residential tree care with the ability to train/direct crew members in all facets of tree care. Knowledge of native and introduced tree and shrub species and characteristics of each species. Knowledge of tree bio-mechanics and advanced rigging techniques Knowledge of proper pruning practices including large shade trees and ornamentals. Knowledge of chain saw safety and operation. Adept in tree climbing techniques & bucket truck operation. Knowledge of ANSI A300 and safety standards. Perform quality workmanship and quality control with customer care attitude. Valid Driver’s License, CDL license preferred Benefits $32 to $40 per hour based on experience. The eCommerce Associate Creative Director is responsible for the creative direction and execution for one of Industrial Color’s largest ecom production clients. In this role, the ACD will handle all aspects of the ecom creative process, and ensure that the output of work on this account is continually meeting the client’s expectations, creative guidelines and quality. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in on set art direction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and mentor a team of in house creatives, including art directors, photographers and stylists. Ensure resources are properly allocated to the shoot schedule and various project needs. Foster individual and team growth to continually meet client expectations and growing needs of the account. Oversee all creative initiatives including casting, special projects, lighting testing, video, from initial kick off through to execution. Partner with the client to determine how to best represent the wide array of products and multiple brand identities that exist within this account. Recruit and cultivate a team of freelance creatives - be able to provide clear feedback and direction and onboard new team members accordingly. Act as liaison between in house creative team and client; ultimately responsible for the success of the entire creative for this account. Act as on set art director for this account, shooting daily for the sub-brands within this account (Womens, Mens, Kids, Tabletop, etc). Ensure consistency across imagery when required, and alignment to client’s creative guides, while meeting productivity for each shoot day. Continuously review and assess the output of work from the team, identifying areas for further improvement and refinement. Keep up with ecom trends and best practices, and continually brainstorm ways to elevate the creative and streamline the creative process. Participate in the testing of new creative initiatives and approaches that can help enhance the output of images and overall productivity of the account. Requirements 10+ years of experience as an on set Art Director / Creative Director, with direct experience in ecommerce production (specifically on model photography). Ability to concept and execute against a brand’s vision and lead an on set team / crew. A strong understanding of photography, styling and design. Strong decision making ability and an understanding of when to pivot and try a new approach. Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills. Possess an inspiring work ethic with the ability to drive themselves to an extreme level of quality, detail and performance. A team player with strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group/people. Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Benefits The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $155,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Role Summary The Production Assistant supports the technical and logistical needs of all church gatherings, including Sunday services, worship nights, conferences, and other special events. This position plays a hands-on role in assisting with audio, video, and lighting (AVL) operations while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment. The Production Assistant will help with the load-in, operation, and load-out of production equipment; prepare stage elements such as microphones and monitors; and support AVL positions during services, including ProPresenter, camera, audio, lighting, and video switching as trained. This role also involves assisting with equipment inventory, storage, and troubleshooting, while supporting volunteer teams through preparation, training, and communication. In addition to providing critical production support, this position is designed to be a learning opportunity, offering exposure to a wide range of production skills and hands-on experience in a ministry context. The Production Assistant will work closely with the Production Manager and Technical Director to grow in technical ability, teamwork, and leadership within the production team. Key Areas of Responsibility ● Assist with the load in operation, and load out of audio, video, and lighting equipment for all gatherings and events. ● Support production needs across all venues and spaces, including the auditorium, overflow rooms, and lobbies. ● Prepare stage elements, including microphones, monitors, cables, and speakers. ● Assist with operating or shadowing AVL positions during services, including running ProPresenter, camera operation, audio, lighting, and video switching. ● Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production environment. ● Drive a production truck to and from all venues. ● Serve alongside and support volunteer production teams during gatherings. ● Help track, store, inventory, and maintain production gear. ● Support troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment, escalating larger issues to the Production Manager. ● Help prepare spaces and equipment for volunteer arrival and assist in training as requested. ● Participate in Production Team meetings, rehearsals, and training sessions. ● Schedule load in and load out volunteers and maintain updated training materials. ● Assist with production tasks for special events (prayer nights, worship nights, conferences, etc.). ● Perform basic system checks, firmware updates, or replacements during the week. ● Organize and prep gear for Sunday load-in, including labeling, testing, and packing equipment. ● Assist in resetting or maintaining storage spaces to ensure quick, efficient Sunday setups. ● Help prepare production run sheets, diagrams, stage plots, and checklists. ● Support volunteer communication and scheduling by preparing resources or sending reminders. ● Support other administrative and production projects as assigned by the TD. ● Perform other duties as assigned Requirements A Christian in submission to the authority of the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit, as evident in lifestyle.
