You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from high-level strategic planning to getting into the weeds of feature prioritization, user story refinement, and launch execution alongside your team. Go-to-Market (GTM) Partnership: Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, President, and the entire leadership team. You will be a powerful voice in our GTM strategy, ensuring product, marketing, and sales are in perfect alignment. Requirements What You’ll Bring: 7-10+ years of product leadership experience, with a proven track record of shipping world-class B2B SaaS products in a high-growth environment. Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS product organization through key growth stages (e.g., from ~$10M to $50M+ ARR). A true passion for product and user experience, with an obsessive focus on solving real-world business problems for customers. Deep technical fluency and a strong understanding of modern technology trends, including a demonstrated ability to incorporate AI/ML into a product strategy. An energetic and proactive leadership style with a 'player-coach' mindset. You are just as comfortable presenting strategy to the board as you are whiteboarding a user flow with your team. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done. POSITION SUMMARY: The Database Technician supports Tribal participation in major infrastructure projects by overseeing database management, project coordination, and financial tracking under the supervision of the Project Manager.
