The Estimator will understand and communicate intent of construction documents. This position will perform a variety of tasks, often changing on short notice. This position reports directly to the President. The Estimator will portray a professional image, while displaying a high level of integrity and professionalism when representing the company to all project related parties. Work may be on new construction or in ship repair. Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of marine pipefitting experience. Must have silver brazing experience: Braze Copper Nickel, Carbon , Copper/Copper Solid understanding of shipbuilding and/or manufacturing processes. Need to be able to work with different piping systems. Must be able to pass 1st Class Pipe Fitter Written and Physical Assessments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across multiple brands, and a passion for precision and performance. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 2 years as a motorcycle repair technician. Certification: OEM/Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) certifications preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining two-stroke and four-stroke engines, as well as electrical systems. Brand Experience: Experience with BMW, Honda, and Yamaha strongly preferred. Tools: Must provide and maintain your own basic tools. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and safely maneuver motorcycles weighing 800+ lbs. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
