Job Overview: As a Crane Operator at RIGUPATL, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads safely and efficiently on job sites. Your expertise in crane operations and commitment to safety will be vital in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. You will work closely with riggers, foremen, and other team members to coordinate lifting operations and maintain a safe work environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate cranes and lifting equipment proficiently in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Inspect equipment before each use to ensure safety and compliance. Collaborate with riggers and signal persons to coordinate lifting operations. Maintain accurate records of crane operations and daily inspections. Ensure loads are lifted and secured properly before moving. Communicate effectively with team members to report any issues or changes in operation. Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety on-site. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on cranes as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards at all times. Requirements Required Certifications: Valid Crane Operator certification (e.g., NCCCO or equivalent), OSHA 30, Class A CDL, and DOT Card. Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes in construction or rigging environments. Strong understanding of crane operations, safety protocols, and load management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit with the ability to handle heavy loads safely. Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality control. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required for projects. Benefits The hourly compensation range for this role is between $36.00 - $39.00.
