Job Description Essel is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate various types of heavy machinery and equipment to ensure the successful completion of our construction and environmental projects. This position requires a strong emphasis on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment, including backhoes, loaders, excavators, dump trucks, etc. for multiple project applications. Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure equipment is safe and functional. Excavate, grade, and level earth in preparation for construction using appropriate techniques. Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals and radios for safe operations. Maintain equipment by performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to minimize workplace hazards. Support project completion by assisting with other tasks as assigned by the site supervisor. Heavy construction experience and work site digging. Requirements Qualifications At least 3-5 (Willing to pay more for 5-10 years) years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction or a related field. Proven knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operations. Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Valid driver's license; certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus. Full Time Experienced RV Equipment Operators can make up to $20.00/hr. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The ideal candidate will safely move large recreational vehicles around our property. The recreational vehicles will be moved in and out of service bays, onto storage lots, etc. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position includes the following: Move RV's to PDI locations. Move RV's to cleaning location or others sites. Stage all RV's that need to be worked on. Always have six RV's staged. Once a trailer is listed as complete on the board, move to delivery location for driver. Work with technicians and drivers for completed work flow. Other duties as assigned. Qualis LLC is seeking a Girder/Concrete Maintainer to provide concrete, masonry, carpentry, electrical, and wide range of handyman support to the test track maintenance at Holloman AFB, NM. The selected candidate will fabricate specialized fixtures, structures, and equipment utilizing materials such as wood, concrete and other expendable materials. Essential Duties: Serves as Girder/Concrete maintainer responsible for completing tasks that are assigned according to schedule and are completed on time and accurately; demonstrates proper work methods in occupational techniques and in the use of specialized equipment. Completes all assigned work in progress and ensures engineering drawings, blueprints and sketches are followed. Maintains and repairs concrete girder structure such as patching, caulking and replacing damaged concrete sections; maintains special fixtures, structures, or equipment needed to accomplish current and future missions. Assists Test Readiness for Mission prep/setup and clean up; prepares and maintains braking and artificial atmosphere systems using items to include, Masonite, lay-flat water bags, plastic sheeting, foam, congealed water, aluminum, steel and other materials need for completing missions. Performs maintenance on water, and helium distribution systems up to a three-inch line along test track. Maintains and operates equipment and hand tools and mobile equipment performing minor maintenance and running procedures on 60KVA generators, portable light carts, air conditioning units, pumps, air compressor, water blasters, rail cart and similar related equipment necessary for test track missions.   Requirements Required Qualifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Must have good computer skills. Must be able to work unusual hours, shifts or weekends. Must have a valid NM driver’s license. Must be abe to work around explosives and/or rocket motors. Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and outside customers.
