Title: Production Packer Location: Detroit, MI Shift: 1st shift; 6AM-4PM 2nd shift; 4PM-2AM Mon-Fri with some Saturdays Job Summary: As a production packer you may be responsible for stacking boxes 3-4 feet high, that weigh up to 20 pounds. You will also be responsible for shrink wrapping and/or packaging up to 25 pounds. --- As a picker packer, you will be responsible for lifting 20-pound boxes and stacking them waste level high. You can be asked to wrap plastic around pallets and also inserting the material inside packages. --- As a warehouse worker, you will be asked to undergo warehouse work, that can consist of packaging, plastic wrapping and palletizing up to 20 pounds. --- As a beef packager, you will be asked to pack, palletize, and shrink wrap boxes with beef that will be weighed up to 20 pounds. Requirements: The ability to work in a cold environment (40-50 degrees) The ability to stand for 10 or more hours per shift The ability to uphold safe food processing standards The ability to comfortably lift 20 pounds routinely Labor ready, ability to package handle up to 20 pound boxes Undergo assembly work and keep up with warehouse expectations Requirements Benefits: 2-weeks PTO in your 1st year of employment Paid Holidays Blue Cross Blue Shield Health care 3 levels Annual compensation 401k

The Fulfillment Associate’s primary function is to execute fulfillment related tasks in service to Bethel’s retail platforms. Requirements Valid California driver’s license Can stand on feet for an eight hour shift if needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Ability or willingness to learn to operate a forklift Ability to drive a box truck High School Diploma or GED Computer proficiency.
