Build and submit tech plans for assigned events, including gear lists, cable plans, and setup notes. Execute load-ins, show operation, and strikes—serving as a lead technician on-site as needed. Operate and troubleshoot gear across audio, lighting, video, and staging disciplines. Maintain equipment and report necessary repairs or replacements proactively. Coordinate with production managers to ensure tech plans align with client expectations and production goals. Load and unload trucks; maintain gear organization and safety throughout the process.
