Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling of meetings and appointments. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism. Draft, proofread, and translate emails, reports, and documents in English and Spanish. Prepare presentations, reports, and business materials as needed. Organize and maintain digital files for quick, easy access. Conduct research on legal and business topics when required. Arrange and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights and accommodations. Monitor and prioritize emails and messages, responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate. Provide support for personal administrative tasks when needed. Track and follow up on pending tasks, keeping the CEO informed of deadlines and priorities. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Monday.com). A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently. High level of discretion and professionalism. Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Executive or Personal Assistant — ideally in a legal or corporate environment. Virtual Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a virtual/hybrid setting. Bilingual: Strong written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish (required). Benefits Why Join Us?
