Description

The Executive Assistant (EA) will report directly to the President of TEiC. The primary responsibility of the EA is to provide administrative support to the TEiC President, the TEiC Executive Leadership Team, the Corporate Leadership Team, and field personnel as required. Calendar management: scheduling meetings – recurring weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, annual; new meetings as requested; resolve schedule conflicts. Request, gather, assemble, analyze, and summarize data from a wide variety of sources for weekly / monthly / quarterly reports. Prepare business correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations; ensure all documentation is consistent, formatted properly, grammar and spelling correct. Attend company meetings and events as required; record and distribute meeting minutes if requested. Maintain and compile action item lists; create effective notification methods; follow up as appropriate. Plan and organize company meetings and events; work with Leadership to determine agenda. General administrative tasks including expense reports, travel arrangements, paper / electronic files. Maintain budget and inventory of marketing / promotional items for office / field personnel.
