Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates discretion, exceptional judgment, and a strong sense of ownership. This role is critical to enabling the CEO’s effectiveness and ensuring smooth operations at the executive level. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings, investor calls, travel, and personal appointments. Prioritize and respond to emails and requests on behalf of the CEO. Track key deliverables, follow-ups, and action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, reports, and presentations for meetings and events. Operational Coordination Liaise with leadership, investors, and external stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency. Support execution of key business initiatives and confidential projects. Help manage special projects such as strategic planning offsites, investor updates, and recruiting. Identify and improve inefficiencies in workflows or tools used by the CEO. Communication & Gatekeeping Act as a trusted representative for the CEO, handling sensitive matters with confidentiality and integrity. Draft and edit communications, memos, and presentations as needed. Screen and prioritize inbound messages, requests, and opportunities. Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive, preferably in a fast-paced startup, fintech, or real estate environment. Proven track record of discretion, judgment, and reliability. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
