we have a 16x80 mobile home that has light fire damage. we will give it away for free if you can move it off the property that it is now on. WE WILL ALSO GIVE YOU $2,000 to help you move it! YES we will pay you $2000 to take it!!! it has a 2 yo. metal roof and comes with 2 outdoor split units that still work. we have probably $5000 worth of tools , front load washer and drier and other electronics , clothes etc. that will go with the house (see pics) . just the metal roof and metal siding could be sold for scrap and make good money. for a good handyman the repairs would not cost a lot , since it is mostly smoke damage .
