$155,000 Buckeye lake no lot fees or hoa

NO LOT FEES OR HOA! DEEDED LOT. So I have done a bunch of work to this place since the last time I posted it. The roofs have been sealed, new skirting, new doors and most stairs, and exterior paint. For sale is a lot at Buckeye Lake with two mobile homes on the property that have been grandfathered in, as this is longer allowed. The homes are located in town and close to the lake. It has a master bedroom with an en suite bath and a walk-in closet. It has almost all new windows, new water heater and water softener, kitchen cabinets and countertops, doors, paint, and a/c. One bath has a new bath enclosure and the tub was re-enameled. A new sink and cabinet, and medicine chest also installed. The other bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower with a new toilet, sink, cabinet and medicine chest. A new expanded electric panel was installed, in addition to new decora outlets and switches. So at this point just some doors installed, painting and flooring etc. Water is provided through a well and $2000 was spent recently to replace the pump, electric and plumbing for the pump. In addition, the expansion tank and pressure switch was replaced. This is an opportunity to rent out both homes at a very nice profit, rent one and live in the other, or a family compound. I am selling at this point because I will be moving to Florida and it’s just too far away from me to manage. The price is 155K as it stands, but will go up as work is done.
