2 Beds 2 Baths - Apartment Hey everyone! My husband and I are needing to move back home to help out some family, so we’re looking for someone to take over our lease here in Kingsport. It’s a 2 bed, 2 full bath apartment located in the downtown area — super convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else. The neighbors are quiet, the complex is peaceful, and the unit itself is 936 sq. ft. It’s on the second floor in case that matters to anyone. Rent is $1,250/month, and that includes water, pest control, and trash. There’s also an optional internet and cable package you can add through the complex for $65/month if you want it. The unit has a dishwasher and washer/dryer hookups, and the complex has outdoor grills and a small kids’ park — great if you have little ones or just enjoy cooking out. We just spoke with the complex director, and here’s what they require: • $60 application fee per adult • $150 admin fee (which is refunded if your application doesn’t get approved) • Pass a background check • Income must be 3x the rent If you have pets, there is pet rent and a nonrefundable pet fee — just something to keep in mind. We’re hoping to move out by August, but we’re open to someone taking over sooner if you’re ready.
