Are you looking for a quiet, low-key place located just minutes from the metro (West Falls Church Orange Line) without long-term commitment? If so, this may be for you! Hi, I'm Mark, a first grade teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools. I'm happy to offer a quiet, low-key environment- with socializing done outside the house...a good environment for a student or anyone who appreciates their share of peace and quiet. The townhouse, including the spacious guest room, is fully furnished and has a laundry room with washer and dryer on the premises. I'm looking to rent the guest room to someone who is studying, interning, or transitioning between homes. Falls Place is near downtown Falls Church, with the METRO ORANGE line only a five-minute walk away. It's about a five-minute drive to both Tyson's Corner and McLean. Mosaic Shopping District, with a mix of shopping and restaurants, is also only five minutes away. Starbucks is just across the street. Rare Bird Coffee Roasters is down the street for those preferring indie. Wholefoods, Giant, and Trader Joe's are just around the corner. Dominion Wine & Beer, with a nice selection of craft beers on tap and outdoor seating, is walking distance. The W.&O.D. Park and bike trail is a mere stone's throw from our front door. There are also a good number of gyms in the area. Major roads nearby include Routes 7, 66, 29, and 50, and 495. The location couldn't be better! Falls Church City has it all and the room is listed at a great price -- especially for those not wanting to get locked in to long-term. Over the years, many interns have stayed here and have been pleased with both the home and the area. **If you're interested please reply with times that might be good for you to drop by AND the dates in which you are interested.
