This 24’ camper is listed on Airbnb however you can rent it direct without the Airbnb fees. All utilities are included. Comes with full bath, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove with oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, TV with WiFi. Room for 2 adults. The dining area can be converted to a bed for up to 2 children. We prefer no dogs, however dogs are permitted with a $100 pet fee per pet. You will have access to a separate bathhouse including indoor and outdoor showers, a children’s play area plus a barrel sauna by Almost Heaven Saunas. The bathhouse is more spacious that the RV bathroom. Some guests claim that the outdoor shower is our best amenity. Rental fees are $70/weekdays, $75/weekends and holidays. $300/week, $1,000/month. Add a $60 cleaning fee. Texting is preferred. Email is not checked every day. There are other rentals on the same acreage. Also comes with a charcoal grill, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and a picnic table.
