My ideal share is a “leave no trace” rhythm: we both care for the space so well that we don't even remember that it is a shared situation! Clean, calm, and professional energy is a requirement. Payment of rent is due on the first of the month. It would be my preference if the two massage tables I have remain set up at all times for permanent shares. Moving them on a regular basis is not preferred due to the ease of transitioning the room and to prevent the tables from damage.
