The Guest Villa/Studio Efficiency includes bathroom, kitchenette, king bed, and pull out queen sofa with access to private balcony. References are available upon request. Confirmations of bookings are available before payment, and confirmations with GUEST (your) name will be sent following payment. Reservations cannot be changed, canceled or refunded once booked. The resort has a pool on the lobby level, and is steps away from the beach and close to BeachPlace Plaza with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars/lounges including a 24 hour CVS (food and adult beverages). The resort is also a short distance to the Publix grocery store, Starbucks, the Galleria Shopping Mall, the Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and the Bonnet House Museum and Gardens. The Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport is conveniently located only 15-minutes away. Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port, is only 7-minutes away. No pets. No smoking.
