Office Space – Solana Beach - Part Time or Full-Time Therapy office 92075 You must be a licensed practitioner, or in the process of obtaining your license. (I.e., Internship). We have a three office suite in Solana Beach at 201 Loma Santa Fee, two blocks from the Ocean. We are on the 4th floor and the building is equipped with elevators. The building has plenty of parking and was recently renovated by the landlord. We are looking for one to two fractional psychotherapists (or similar) who are looking for office space. The office is fully furnished with internet and a small refrigerator. There is a nice waiting room and a small hallway fitted with white noise for privacy. We currently have the following days open for rent: 1. Office 1 all week (M , W, F, S, Su) 2. Office 2 S, Su Rent is as follows – $325 per month for one day a week $610 per month for two days a week $850 per month for three days a week $1050 per month for full-time.
