🏠 We are going away for a couple of months and subletting our 2-br apartment in Manhattan. Beginning of October 2025 till the end of January 2026, which is four (4) months, possibly extending till the end of February. Looking for someone "to take over our expenses" for the entire time. 💰 Cost per month furnished and with EVERYTHING INCLUDED (wi-fi, electricity, gas) is $3,620 for one or two people (ideal), $3,650 for three or four people (due to higher consumption; please read below about sleeping options). Plus $150 cleaning fee and refundable (provided nothing is damaged) security deposit equal to one month of rent. 🚇 Our 2-br apartment is near 106th and Broadway, very well-connected (subway, crosstown buses, M60 to LGA straight from the corner, etc.), easy to get to Times Sq. (20 minutes), Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Wall Street and downtown, etc. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Lidl, Trader Joe’s, shops, restaurants, banks, Columbia university. Shopping cart provided. 🛌 One bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2), the second can have an air mattress (full, sleeps 1-2) OR the office set-up (desk+office chair). To set up an office for you, we MUST be notified before the end of September, so we can arrange for it before we leave. The living room couch can be converted into a twin bed (sleeps 1). Both bedrooms face the inner yard, which for NYC means quiet and good night's sleep. 🐈‍ Pets unfortunately aren’t allowed in the building. 🚬 Absolutely no smoking. 💡 Wi-Fi, gas and electricity included, well-equipped kitchen (electric kettle, Instapot, air fryer, pots & pans, etc.). ✌🏼 If interested, please contact me for a video tour or an in-person with a bit of info about you (and a LinkedIn)!
