$275 Parking or Storage Available in Pacific Heights (lower pac hts)

Hi, we have one parking spot available in our building for a small compact car, up to two motorcycles or storage. It is the spot on the left in the pictures. The garage opening will only accommodate a car that is 73" wide from side mirror to side mirror (the post in between the two parking spots makes it tight). We do not have an EV charging hookup.
