short term rental from Nov 1st through end of May (possibly longer if need be), all utilities (including plowing of driveway) Wonderful large 1 bedroom inlaw, recently renovated, all the amenities, organic king Gardner Mattress, workspace, high speed internet, all utilities. Up from Salem Harbor close to Salem Hospital, short drive to communter rail or ferry to Boston. The kitchen has a full size refridgerator/freezer/sink. There is no stove however the microwaver is also a convection oven. Plenty of appliances to cook great meals, airfryer, toaster/oven, induction cooktop, electric fry pan , electric kettle and crockpot. The living room is quite cozy with pullout queen sectional, fullsize t.v and full drop leaf dining table with chairs to comfortably fit 4 for dinner! Must see. The bedroom is quite large with a lounge area, t.v. and workspace
