Please read carefully! This is a timeshare unit. You are NOT required to attend any timeshare sales presentations. I am the owner and you are my guest. There is no way to change or adjust the dates of availability. If you are looking for different dates or a different size unit you may email us if it is within 60 days of the date of use. Please include location, inclusive dates and size unit needed. If such a unit becomes available we will notify you. If we reserve a unit that is outside the 60 day window, the cost could be 2 to 4 times higher! This is a Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort 2-bedroom fully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue and other consumable supplies will be furnished. Sleeping arrangements: 1 King bed, 2 double beds and a Queen pullout sleeper sofa. As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this Gold Crown Resort on the same basis as the timeshare owner. You are bidding one price for the total number of days available. You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed. If you are the successful bidder we will expect you to make payment or contact us regarding your intent to make payment within 24 hours of the close of the auction. As soon as we receive your payment and verify the check in information, we will request a Guest Confirmation to be issued in the name you provide. It MUST be in the name of the person checking in. We will email you a copy of the Guest Confirmation as soon as it becomes available to us. We prefer that you make payment with any major credit card through Paypal. We will also accept a cashier's check or personal check if time allows. There are no other charges, taxes, cleaning fees or hidden costs. The final bid price is the total cost for this unit. A credit card imprint or $150 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required at check in. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.
