I'm a female looking for a nice and easygoing roommate to share a luxury apartment. Flexible move-in date between October 1st and October 16th. Room comes fully furnished with bed and desk. This is a real bedroom with its own controlled central A/C and heating unit. About me: I'm a nice, friendly, clean, non-smoker and active female with a background in finance. I'm a multifaceted person - I love outdoor activities (i.e. baseball, cycling, hiking, kayaking), chess, painting, gardening, chilling at home watching Netflix, checking out places around the city, studying at cafes or the library, going to networking events, etc. The apartment: I have a bright, south facing apartment in a luxury building. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and other general kitchen appliances. The unit is very quiet and clean.
