Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, a TV and plenty of storage space for your belongings. This home is fully furnished and equipped including dishes, glassware, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Also includes central air conditioning/heat, and washer/dryer plus wireless internet access, snow removal, trash & recycling. The monthly rate is $1500 including all utilities, cable and wireless internet. $1000 security/damage/cancellation deposit required to reserve. Refundable as applicable at end of stay if there is no damage and early cancellation does not occur. A $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Minimum rental period is 3 months at this great rate.
