August 9-16 week $1450 total cost and weeks after that are available for shorter stays 3 night minimum. all rates include taxes and cleaning fees and parking pass. Fall weeks just $1250 total cost. Condo sleeps up to 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen. Resort has 3 pools 1 indoor, indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, oceanfront bar and grill, poolside bar and grill, tennis and pickle ball courts. Mid island location next to golf course and due south of the DC area via I-95.
