It's a maximum of 30 mins on frequent buses to get to Brigham's Circle, the MFA, and Northeastern University. The apartment is located a short walking distance from both Roslindale square and the Centre Street shops in West Roxbury. It's also about 1/2 a mile from the Boston Arboretum (a gem) and probably 1.5 miles from JP pond (another gem). It's a 5 min walk from the commuter rail (Bellevue) that stops at Ruggles Station then South Station. By car, Brookline is 10 mins away, and the Fenway area is 15 mins away. This is convenient location for people working at the Faulkner Hospital, Hebrew Rehabilitation Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, or anywhere in the Longwood Medical area and Back Bay. I am a super clean, quiet, and professional female and I am looking for the same. The total rent is $2,500 ($1,250 per person per month), plus 1/2 utilities (gas, electric, and internet).
