The master bedroom has its own private bath.. Also included is central heat/air conditioning, washer/dryer, wireless internet access, cable, snow removal, trash & recycling. It is fully furnished and equipped for your stay, including dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, toaster, and coffee maker. Pillows, blankets and linens are provided. The monthly rate is $1225.00 including all utilities, cable, and wireless internet. $900 security/damage/cancellation deposit required to reserve. Refundable as applicable at end of stay if there is no damage and early cancellation does not occur. A $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Minimum rental period is 3 months at this great rate.
