Fully furnished master bedroom available for the month of October (ok to arrive a few days earlier or stay a few days later if needed). The Master Bedroom is on the 2nd floor and is a huge room w/ a large desk & very fast wifi. It has a wall of bay windows & gets great sunsets as the room faces west! The house is huge w/ lots of space to keep to yourself, including a large backyard w/ a deck and table, plus an additional area in the backyard with a picnic table. You would share the house with grad students, interns and young professionals. Most are at UCSF. It’s not a typical rental as it’s a private home and we are renting rooms while we are away for for work. Everything is very upscale, including a recent kitchen remodel. The rent is $1175 + utilities per month. A $500 deposit and references are also required. Smoking, drugs, guests, and pets are not permitted. We also ask that tenants are very careful with the kitchen use since it is brand new (so no heavy frying, etc.). One person only, no exceptions, as you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. We also have a policy that those renting from us would be the only people entering our home—this is a firm policy with no exceptions and is for everyone’s security, and to keep the house extremely quiet as those who rent from us typically have demanding schedules.
