Share bathroom with one person on the top floor of the house. We are very close to Harvard Business School in Allston / Cambridge line, Not looking for a party roommates. But the occasional celebration is by all means warranted. This is a four level house with 2.5 bathroom and 6 bedrooms total. Utilities per month are between $45 to $55 based on last year, depend on how we use theme of the, But not included in the rent, NO broker fees. We have washing machine in the basement with cabinet storage available. Has a nice porch off the kitchen... great for the summer. Includes 6 free parking spots.
