Hello, I'm a designer and I have a spacey and airy studio overlooking McCarren Park. There is a private mezzanine that will be your space to organize your things. There is a built in desk, an Eames chair and shelfs. The downstairs is also open, as the idea is free circulation. The light and the view from the studio are incredible and the building still keeps an "Old NY" vibe. The studio has really tall ceilings and 2 massive windows with city views. It's located in Nassau and Guernsey just one block from Five Leaves and close to G Nassau and L Bedford. The light is really special and the atmosphere is very quiet, so it is ideal for someone in need of beautiful light and a peaceful environment. In the past I have shared with an interior designer, a copy editor and an art director, all great experiences. My schedule is very flexible and I travel a lot and I'm never there in the AM. Would love to find the right fit. Looking for someone whose work isn't dusty as I have racks with clothes, but open to different type of businesses.
