Nest 3rd generation thermostat - new, never installed - $140 (west portal / forest hill)

Nest 3rd generation thermostat - new, never installed. This is a refurbished "pristine replacement" from google - cost $240. Our initial nest didn't work (due to a wiring issue in the home, not due to the nest itself). Google sent us this one as a replacement and we never used it (went with a different brand).
