We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator in NYC to oversee afternoon and evening operations for our storage facility and vans. This role blends inventory management, van organization,and after-hours support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping our vans, keys, storage, and local inventory in top condition while being available to respond to urgent needs. What you will focus on: Inventory & Storage Operations Pick daily orders  Stock, unbox, and restock supplies. Monitor inventory levels and support Kanban system updates. Organize and optimize storage layout for efficiency. Manage inbound and outbound inventory flow. Assemble kits for operational needs. Key & Access Management Maintain key cabinets and track key usage. Coordinate key copying as needed.
