The Supervisor will be responsible for managing stock control, the receipt, storage, retrieval and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The Warehouse Supervisor will also supervise shipment loading & transferring and maintaining records of documents. Requirements Job Responsibilities Assists the Warehouse Manager in maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising Warehouse manager on needed actions. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Create a dynamic workplace that effects positive employee relationships by developing employee engagement and recognition programs and ensuring all employees are treated fairly, with respect, and have the tools necessary to perform their jobs Manage the development process for direct reports which may include training, supporting development goals, providing feedback, completing performance evaluations, recognition and disciplinary action. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and the use LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma tools and programs and implement solutions to improve results and operations excellence to volume, headcount, OT, etc.   Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse in operations. Minimum 3 years of previous leadership, supervisor, or lead experience with increasing responsibility in a customer order fulfillment environment. High School Diploma Required. Bachelor Degree preferred but not required. Proven record of implementing lean initiatives, waste reduction and process improvement. Open to schedule flexible, or adjustments to hours as business dictates. Excellent leadership and strong interpersonal skills. A proven coach and motivator, with a strong customer service orientation for customer. Must possess a strong desire to teach and coach teams to success. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed. Inventory control experience and experience with scanning equipment. Proficient in Microsoft and warehouse management systems. Ability to lift, slide and lower packages up to 40 lbs. Travel This position is not remote or a hybrid position Travel is not required. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician/Label Control Technician to join us in our purpose of providing “Clean Hands for a Healthy World.”  At Kutol our QA Technicians/Label Control Technician Provide oversight of the label area, including receipt, approval, issuance, counts, accountability and inventory.  Perform QA functions to include daily manufacturing cGMP inspection and balance/scale checks; product disposition; preparation of CoA/CoM; preparation, revision and issuance of standard operating procedures; preparation, revision and issuance of packaging instructions/specifications and provide support to internal and external customers in compliance with government regulations and customer requirements. Provide support during customer and regulatory audits. Provide support to the Incoming Inspection when necessary.
