About You We’re seeking a resulted-focused, innovative, self-driven and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as a Reactor Operator for our Torrington CT facility. Here, you will safely produce batch adhesives and oligomers formulations that meet quality, ISO, safety and internal control standards – while meeting customer expectations and satisfying lines shipped-on-time (LSOT) requirements. We’re currently looking for a Production Team Member for a wonderful company that has been in their industry for over 25 years. This position is located in the fantastic city of Buellton, CA, and is a full-time opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Communicate well with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and effective production process. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and equipment and facilities are operated safely and correctly. Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a positive, willing attitude and work well within a group. Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift reasonable amounts of weight, and spend significant portions of your workday on your feet. Must be able to work a regular 40-hour week with scheduled overtime, including some evening/weekend shifts.
