Electro Mechanic Technician PAY RANGE OPEN - DOE (1) 2nd Shift –from 3:00PM- 11:30PM but may be 3:00PM-3AM if there is overtime: must be available for OT on the weekends depending on business needs. Training for this role will be on 1st shift Come apply Monday 7/28 at 9am Bring 2 forms of ID and resume 8803 Whittier Blvd Pico Rivera CA 90660 · Both electrical and mechanical knowledge/experience needed. · Experience with CMMS (Lumin, MP2, or similar) · F/L certified is a plus, but not required · Corrugate industry experience required JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE - Heavy Machinery (no car mechanics) • Repairs, reworks, and calibrates hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electric assemblies, AC/DC controls and systems to meet operational standards. Aligns, fits, and assembles component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures. • Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and written testing and repair documentation with internal software program. (MP2) experience a plus. • Inspects, tests and repairs electrical and mechanical machinery. Installs electrical and electronic parts and hardware in machines, using soldering equipment and hand tools. • Reads blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of diagnosis and repair. • Tests performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as electronic voltmeters and power supply. Verifies dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments. • Identifies and orders machinery parts using OEM drawings or internet information as needed. • Accesses and monitors PLCs for machine diagnosis and repair as well as minor adjustments. • Safely and efficiently troubleshoots and repairs machinery and equipment including but not limited to logical diagnosis of problems, identification of defective components, the disassembly of equipment, replacement of defective components and the reassembly and start-up of machinery and equipment • Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. Industrial Electromechanical Technician Issued: 03 June 2019 Page 2 of 3 • Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts. • Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. • Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt. • Maintains technical knowledge by reviewing technical publications, establishing personal networks. • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Trains others as required. • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Other duties as assigned

A local door manufacturer is looking to hire. Those interested should be ready to sand, assemble, build and wrap custom doors and jambs. Come be a part of a small manufacturing business making high end, custom, oversized pivot doors. Pivot Door Company has been in business for over 12 years. As we grow we’re looking for good natured, energetic woodworkers to help us expand. The work environment is friendly and cooperative. Hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday thru Friday, 40 hours a week. We do not install or visit job sites. All work is done in our manufacturing warehouse. CURRENTLY WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL ONE POSITION! JAMB SANDING/FINISHING (entry level): take the finalized jamb components and sand them to a finish quality, making various repairs such as chip/blowout repair and knot filling. Using pneumatic sanders and sanding blocks. Interested individuals should: ● Pay attention to detail and quality ● Be accurate with a tape measure ● Experience with the tools is a plus, however, is not required. ● Be prepared to spend full 8/hr days sanding wood components. Other things to consider: This is a manufacturing warehouse. Temperatures will vary. It will be a dusty, noisy environment. Eye protection is required at all times. Interested individuals must be able to lift and carry up to 74 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 100 pounds.
